Kin-Etic Behavioral Health is an innovative behavioral health wellness group practice dedicated to providing quality mental health treatment and professional development training solutions.  Formerly known as K. Way Consulting Services, LLC, we were established in 2010 and seek to successfully improve the quality of life of individuals and workforce performance for organizations.​

Our belief is that the people we serve are “kin." They are family. We also believe that what we do as helping professionals is “etic” – an outsider's perspective. We are observers first - active listeners who engage after being informed.
