My Story
Badass-single mother, who triumphed from public assistance to CEO. Call her “Your Life Strategist” as she declutters your thoughts, helps you manage your emotions, and aids in creating peace of mind. Ms. Way lives life boldly, fiercely protects her peace and believes manners can get you into places that education cannot.

Ms. Way has extensive experience working with women and men from diverse backgrounds challenged with, adjusting to life’s circumstances, overwhelmed with anxiety, suffering from depression, refusing to demonstrate self-love, and lacking in healthy interpersonal relationships.

Her relatable, positive, straight-forward demeanor enables her to engage youth struggling with making friends, staying focused in class, and doubting themselves. She helps couples renegotiate their marriage contract without the lawyers. Ms. Way cares about her clients, actively listens to them, and devises homework responsibilities to achieve their goals. She works from a strength-based perspective, encouraging all to own their value and to guard their mental freedom. She believes everyone does not deserve a front row seat in your life.

Beyond treating individuals, families, couples, and groups, her company also seeks to successfully enhance the workforce performance of public and private organizations. Their goal is to enhance employer/employee relationships and to reinforce its best practice model through webinar trainings. Such trainings include: “Diary of a Mad Employee: Effective Ways to Manage Yourself in the Workplace,” “Manners Matter” and “If You are not at the Table, then You are on the Menu.”

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University; Master of Social Work from Howard University and a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College – City University of New York where she matriculated as a National Urban Fellow. Ms. Way is also a certified etiquette consultant providing social, business and dining etiquette and life skill trainings for youth, adults, and organizations.
